DELIVERY TIME

COSMERALDA ships in Italy and all over the world with express couriers in order to deliver your order quickly from 1 to 3 working days in Italy and a few working days abroad.

More details are contained in the following paragraphs.

The shipment is traceable on the courier's website. The courier makes one or two delivery attempts. In the event that nobody is found at your home, the package will remain in stock at the nearest courier branch. To avoid delays, the Customer is recommended to always indicate, when entering the personal data, a telephone number to which he can be contacted. It is also recommended to contact us immediately if the shipment is not delivered within the expected date.

The times for shipments with Registered Mail in some foreign countries can obviously be longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free in Italy for all the orders over 80 EUR and in the following countries for orders over 150 EUR:

all European Union countries except: Liechtenstein, Andorra, Channel Islands, Switzerland, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira, San Marino, Vatican City, Principality of Monaco, Norway, Iceland, Malta, Cyprus and the islands of Greece. 

For orders for which a shipping cost applies, shipping costs may vary depending on the real weight of the package or its volume. The actual shipping costs for your order are calculated before proceeding to the check out page. 

Shipping methods available - Italy

The standard shipping method is by express courier in all Italian regions. The shipping cost for the standard package is EUR 10. The shipment is traceable and you will receive a message with the tracking number with which he can check the status of his shipment.

Cash on delivery is possible with a surcharge.

The courier to whom the shipment is entrusted can vary for organizational needs, obviously with the same service offered.

Normally the delivery is made within 3 working days from the shipment of the goods. 

Shipping methods available - European countries

The Express Courier option is available for most European countries and is the fastest. Shipping costs are displayed during the purchase procedure and depend on the country of destination, and on the weight or volume of the package. The shipment is traceable and you will receive a message with the tracking number with which he can check the status of his shipment.

Shipping time is around 4 working days for most European countries.

The courier to whom the shipment is entrusted can vary for organizational needs, obviously with the same service offered.

COSMERALDA ships to over 200 countries around the world.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

For any type of shipment, delivery times are responsibility of the courier and are not under the control of COSMERALDA.

Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is meant at street level.

For countries where the shipment is subject to payment of customs duties or import taxes, the latter are charged to the customer and not included in the order total as they cannot be calculated at the time of the order confirmation. The conduct of customs procedures is the responsibility of the Courier.

Packaging and customer delivery times

Normally COSMERALDA, for items immediately available in the warehouse, carries out the order within three working days from when receiving the receipt of payment (for payment by Credit Cards or with Paypal), from the execution of the order (for cash on delivery) or from receipt of proof of payment (for offline payment method such as bank transfer).

Check on delivery

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, please check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the proof of delivery of the courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Both in the case of problems reported to the courier, and in the case of other problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received, they must be reported to COSMERALDA at the address: info@cosmeralda.com within 3 days of delivery.
